Today, Ilon’s Wonderland in Haapsalu, Estonia organized an event with the Young Curators where school children were invited to take part in the Water Drop project. The Inspiration Day was made to inspire children to express themselves in various artistic ways and take part in an upcoming exhibition. During the event, the children would participate in diverse workshops, such as nature photography, illustrations through various techniques and creative writing. The center of their work was to be literature from the children’s authors H.C. Andersen, Tove Jansson, Astrid Lindgren & Ilon Wikland.
In the end, the children gained an artistic understanding of the various methods which the Inspiration Day provided. Using these methods, they are now preparing an exhibition in Ilon’s Wonderland opening this November.
